記支持体に係合される係合部を有し、一端部に折
曲自在な弾性を有した螺子部を備え、他端部に形
状記憶合金部材を介して移動自在に支持されるロ
ツク部を有した中空状に形成されてなる第1のロ
ツク部材と、この第1のロツク部材の螺子部に螺
合され、前記被緊締体を前記支持体に連結せしめ
るナツト部材と、前記第1のロツク部材に挿入さ
れるもので、一端部に前記第1のロツク部材の螺
子部を付勢して前記ナツト部材に係合させる係合
付勢部を有し、他端部に前記第1のロツク部材の
ロツク部に対応する被ロツク部を有した第2のロ
ツク部材と、前記第1のロツク部材の他端部に取
着される支持部材と、この支持部材に設けられ、
前記第1のロツク部材に挿入された第2のロツク
部材を離脱方向に付勢する付勢手段と、前記第1
のロツク部材の形状記憶合金部材の温度制御を行
なう温度制御手段とを具備し、第1のロツク部材
の形状記憶合金部材を前記温度制御手段を介して
温度制御して、そのロツク部を第2のロツク部材
の被ロツク部から離脱させ、該第1のロツク部材
の螺子部とナツト部材の螺合を離脱させて被緊締
部材の開放を行なうように構成したことを特徴と
