され開口部が形成された回転楕円面反射鏡と、前
記回転楕円面反射鏡側にある一方の焦点に略一致
するように配設された光源と、他の一方の焦点の
近傍に配設された投影レンズとから成るプロジエ
クタ型前照灯において、前記他の一方の焦点と前
記投影レンズの焦点との中間の位置には、前記回
転楕円面反射鏡と反射面を対峙し且つこの反射面
は前記回転楕円面反射鏡からの反射光により焦点
を前記投影レンズの焦点の位置の近傍に生ずるよ
うにした凹面鏡が前記開口部の適宜の上下端部を
覆うようにして設けられていることを特徴とする
