通じる二次室とを弁口により互いに連通させて設
け、前記二次室に、前記弁口の弁座への接離によ
り該弁口を開閉する椀形をなす弁体をばね力によ
り閉弁方向に付勢して設け、前記ボデイに、コイ
ルへ流す制御電流に略比例する力で前記弁体に突
成した弁杆を開弁方向に押圧する比例ソレノイド
を設けて、該比例ソレノイドの押圧力と前記ばね
力との釣り合いにより前記弁口の開度を調節する
とともに、前記弁杆に連結したダイヤフラムに前
記一次室の圧力を作用させ、該圧力の変動にとも
なう前記弁体の移動により、前記弁口の開度を調
整して前記二次室の圧力を設定された一定の値に
保持するようにした比例制御弁において、前記弁
体の前記二次室内に臨む開口縁部にゴム等の弾性
材料からなる防振膜を張設して、前記弁体内に前
記防振膜により前記二次室から気密に隔絶された
圧力調整室を形成するとともに、前記弁杆に前記
圧力調整室を大気に開放させる連通孔を形成した
ことを特徴とする比例制御弁。
