Abstract

PURPOSE: To keep a bread baking state good and to improve user's convenience by providing a control means inputting a signal from a temp. detection means to control a kneading means and a heating means to execute a bread process and setting the signal of the temp. detection means on a container set side to the input signal of the control means by a container detection means. CONSTITUTION: When a container 3a is set, the changeover to the temp. signal input on the side of a temp. sensor 4a is performed. When a container 3b is set, the changeover to the temp. signal input on the side of a temp. sensor 4b is performed. If the container 3b is not set, the containers 3a, 3b are judged to be not set in a housing case 2 at all not only to perform abnormal information but also to to set an operation stop state. An input temp. signal is determined and a control means 11 inputs the temp. signal to control a kneading process, a fermentation process and a baking process. When the container 3a is set, the changeover to the temp. sensor 4a is performed and, if the container 3b is set, the container 3b is set to constructive operation on the basis of the temp. data on the side of the container 3a and, therefore, no problem is generated.

The rotational force of the motor 8 is transmitted via the belt 7. That is, the kneading means is constituted by the above-mentioned parts. Temperature sensor 9 in contact with the side wall of container 3a
outputs the temperature of the container 3a to the temperature detection means 1°. The temperature signal of the temperature detection means 10 is output to the control means 11, and the control means 11 operates the motor drive means 12 and heater drive means 13 based on this temperature signal, and controls the kneading blades sa, sb, heaters 6a, 6b. is controlled.

At this time, the energization of the heaters 4a and 4b is controlled based on the temperature signal from the temperature detection means 1o, and the fermentation process is executed. Although the temperature sensor 9 only detects the temperature of the container 3a, the temperature of the container 3b is controlled by assuming that the temperature is almost equal to that of the container 3a. After the fermentation process is completed, the baking process begins. In this baking process, the heater driving means 13 is operated to raise the temperature of the containers 3a, 3b to the baking temperature, thereby baking the bread.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, in the conventional configuration, if the user mistakenly sets only the container 3b in the storage, the temperature information used for each step will be significantly different from the actual temperature of the container 3b. It was not possible to reliably bake the bread. In other words, the temperature rise in the container 3b containing bread ingredients is different from the temperature rise from the temperature sensor 9 that simply protrudes into the storage 2 (in a state where the container 3a is not set). When each step of bread baking was controlled using the temperature information from 9, problems occurred in baking the bread.

Means for Solving the Problems In order to achieve the above objects, the present invention provides a plurality of containers for storing bread ingredients, a kneading means for kneading the bread ingredients in each container, and a heating means for heating each container. a temperature detection means for detecting the temperature of each container, a container detection means for detecting a set state of each container in a storage, and a signal from the temperature detection means is inputted to control the kneading means and the heating means. The container detection means is configured to use a signal from the temperature detection means on the side where the container is set as an input signal to the control means.

According to the above configuration, when at least one container is set in the storage, the container detection means detects the set container, and inputs the signal from the temperature detection means for detecting the temperature of the container to the control means. Signal. Therefore, since the control means controls each process according to the temperature of the set container, it is possible to maintain a good baked state of the bread regardless of the usage mode.

FIG. 1 shows the configuration of the bread making machine in this embodiment. Note that the same parts as in the conventional configuration are given the same reference numerals, and detailed explanation thereof will be omitted. A feature of the present invention is that temperature sensors 9a and 9b are provided to detect the temperatures of containers 3a and 3b, respectively, and these temperature sensors 9a and 9b are connected to temperature detection means 1o.

For the 14b, a microswitch that turns on when the containers 3a and 3b are set, a phototransistor that detects the presence or absence of the containers 3a and sb using light, or the like may be used. Then, the container detection means 15 detects the temperature sensor 9a or 9b on the set side based on the signal from the container detection sections 14a and 14b.
The temperature signal of the temperature detection means 15 is switched so that the temperature signal from the temperature detection means 1o is outputted from the temperature detection means 1o to the control means 11. The control means 11 and container detection means are constituted by a microcomputer 16.

Next, the control flow of the microcomputer 160 will be explained with reference to FIG. First, when the operation is started, the container detection means 15 determines whether or not the container 3a is set (step 21). If the container & is set, the temperature signal input is switched to the temperature sensor 4a side in step 22. Furthermore, if it is determined in step 21 that the container 3a is not set, it is determined in step 23 whether or not the container 3b is set. If it is determined that the container 3b is set, the temperature signal input is switched to the temperature sensor 4b side in step 24. If it is determined in step 23 that the container 3b is not set, it is determined that neither the containers 3a nor sb are set in the storage 2 at all, and an abnormality is notified in step 25, and the operation is stopped.

After determining the input temperature signal in step 22 or 24, the control means 11 inputs the temperature signal in step 26.
), the kneading process, fermentation process, and baking process (steps 27 to 29) are controlled based on the temperature signal. Note that if it is determined in step 21 that the container 3a is set, the temperature sensor is switched to the temperature sensor 4&; however, even if the container 3b is set, the temperature information on the container 3a side is used to operate the container 3b side. No problems will occur.
