圧電素子と、この圧電素子に接するように設けら
れ該圧電素子の伸長力により飛行するフライトピ
ンヘツドと、このフライトピンヘツドと一体構造
のピンと、前記フライトピンヘツドおよび前記ピ
ンを保持すると共に前記伸長力が無くなつたとき
元の位置に戻す付勢力を有する板ばねと、前記圧
電素子および前記板ばねを保持する筐体とから構
成された駆動装置において、前記筐体の内側内壁
面と前記圧電素子の間を埋め前記圧電素子に前記
伸長力に抗する与圧を与える弾性体を備えている
