Abstract

PURPOSE:To spread the combustion surface of a combustion plate with a relatively small quantity of heat by providing burner port groups at a first band shaped part formed along the direction of a diagonal divided at the intermediate part of a combustion plate and a second band shaped part positioned on both sides of the combustion plate. CONSTITUTION:In a gas burner 1 wherein a combustion exhaust gas flows from one end of a combustion plate 2 toward another end thereof, burner port groups 3 are formed at a first band shaped part A1 formed along the direction of a diagonal divided at the intermediate part of the combustion plate 2, and a second band shaped part A2 positioned on both sides of the combustion plate 2 and continued at its both ends to the first band shaped part A1. By doing so, it is possible to distribute heat to one end, another end and the central part of the combustion plate 2 by the burner port group 3 applied to the first band shaped part. At the same time, it is also possible to distribute heat to both sides of the combustion plate 2 by the burner port group 3. Accordingly, heat can be distributed over substantially the entire region of the combustion plate 2. Further, since the burner port group 3 is concentrated on the band-shaped parts A1 and A2, excellent combustion of the combustion plate can be performed.

(Problem to be solved by the invention) However, this can be achieved by, for example, requiring only a relatively small amount of heat.
Moreover, if the combustion plate installed in the top burner of a rear-exhaust type pottery cooker, which requires a large combustion surface area, is equipped with the usual number of flame holes at the usual pitch intervals, the amount of heat will be excessive. If it is too hot, it may not be possible to perform good baking. Therefore, it is possible to reduce the amount of gas supplied, but in this case, the load on each burner port will decrease, and the temperature of the combustion plate will not rise sufficiently, making combustion unstable, especially in the early stages of ignition. There is a problem with making it easier to lift.

Therefore, it is possible to reduce the number of flame ports, but if the pitch of the flame ports is increased and the number of flame ports is reduced, the temperature of the part of the combustion plate where the flame ports are provided will not rise, resulting in poor combustion as described above. There is a problem with stability.

In other words, for burners that require a relatively small amount of heat and require a large combustion surface on the combustion plate, seeking to improve combustibility will result in poor heat distribution; If you try to do so, there is a problem that the flammability will deteriorate.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a gas burner which is provided in a gas burner body so that combustion exhaust flows from one end of a rectangular combustion plate provided in the gas burner body to the other end. a first band-shaped portion along a diagonal line separated by at least an intermediate portion between one end and the other end of the combustion plate; and a first band-shaped portion located on both sides of the combustion plate and having both ends thereof. The burner port group is provided in a continuous second band-shaped portion.

(Function) In this case, the first end and the other end of the combustion plate and the first end of the combustion plate are connected by a group of flame holes provided on the first band-shaped part along the diagonal line divided by the middle part between one end and the other end of the combustion plate. Heat can be distributed to the central part, and heat can be distributed to both sides by the burner holes provided on the second band-shaped part located on both sides of the combustion plate and whose both ends are continuous with the first band-shaped part. As a result, heat can be distributed over almost the entire area of the combustion plate, and since the burner ports are concentrated in the band-shaped portion, the temperature in the front portion of the burner port is kept relatively high and combustion is facilitated. Even if the number of flame ports is smaller than the total area of the plate, good combustion can be achieved.

Furthermore, in the first embodiment in which the first band-shaped portion A1 to the fourth band-shaped portion A4 are provided with the burner port group 3, the fourth embodiment shown in FIG. 5 When providing the burner port group 3 on the band-shaped portion A5, the front and rear plates 2
The patterns of the burner port groups 3 applied to the burner ports 2a and 2a are the same, thereby eliminating the inconvenience of producing the plates 2a and 2a with different patterns of the burner port groups 3 on the front and rear as in the previous embodiment.

In the illustrated embodiment, the band-shaped portion A provided with the burner port group 3 is
, to A5 and the portions along both sides of the combustion plate 2, a diamond cut or other incision was made on the surface of the combustion plate 2 to form a large number of protrusions 5 on the surface of the combustion plate 2. In this case, in the part where the burner port group 3 is provided, the protrusion 5 becomes red hot due to the flame from the burner port group 3, and the temperature of the part where the burner port group 3 is provided can be further increased. The protrusion 5 also becomes red hot due to the exhaust gas, which expands the width of the red hot part and increases the temperature of the flame opening 03 at both ends of the band-shaped parts A1 to A5, thereby further promoting combustion. In addition, the band-shaped portion A
If unpierced holes 4 of the same pitch as the flame openings are provided in the portions located on both sides of A5 to A5, as shown in FIG.
It is possible to reduce the heat capacity of the combustion plates 2 on both sides of the flame nozzles 1 to A5, thereby increasing the rate of temperature rise in the area where the burner port group 3 is applied, and further suppressing the occurrence of lift especially at the initial stage of ignition. obtain.

It should be noted that there is a large difference in specific heat between the part of the combustion plate 2 that does not have the burner port group 3 and the part that has it.
This is one of the causes of cracking.

In order to prevent this as much as possible, by making cuts such as the diamond cut mentioned above in the part without the burner port group, or by making unpierced holes at a pitch several times the pitch of the burner port, the part without the burner port group can be treated as a part without the burner port group. It is possible to reduce the difference in specific heat between a certain part and eliminate the above-mentioned problems.

Therefore, the gas burner body 1 shown in FIGS. 8 to 10 has a concave groove 7 formed in the ceiling plate of the gas distribution chamber 6 from one end to the other.

(Effects of the Invention) As described above, according to the present invention, the first
Heat can be distributed to one end, the other end, and the center of the combustion plate by a group of burner holes provided on the strip-shaped portion, and a second flame port located on both sides of the combustion plate and having both ends communicated with the first strip-shaped portion can be used. Heat can be distributed to both sides of the center by the burner holes provided on the band-shaped part, and the heat can be distributed almost over the entire area of the combustion plate, and the burner holes are also concentrated on the band-shaped part. Therefore, the temperature of the flame port group portion of the combustion plate is maintained at a relatively high temperature, and a combustion burner that can perform good combustion even if the number of flame ports is small compared to the total area of the combustion plate is developed. There is an effect that can be obtained.
