定保持孔へ連通する一端面に形成されたウエルド
ボルト挿入切欠とを有し、上記固定保持孔の周辺
にはそれに沿つて穿設された貫通スリツトを形成
された車体に取付けられたウエルドボルトが固定
保持孔で挾持固定して取付けることを特徴とする
