この発明は、食用油、特に天ぷらなどの揚げ物によって
劣化した油を浄化し、再使用できるようにするフィルタ

(従来技術)
使用によって劣化した食用油を再生することは公知であ
り、例えば粒状活性炭を封入したカートリッジと濾紙又
は不織布を組み合わせた食用油クリーナが市販されてい

食用油は工業用油と異なり、それ自体が味覚や嗅覚の対

(解決すべき課題)
本発明者等は、従来除去し難かった魚臭を残さない再生
フィルター材又はフィルターを開発するため種々の吸着
剤について研究した結果、粉末活性白土と活性炭の組合

(目的) ・
本発明の目的は、新品同様の透明度を有し、魚臭及び白
土臭のない再生油が得られ、取扱いが容易なフィルター

(構成)
本発明フィルターは、活性炭95〜50重量%と活性白
土50〜5重五%からなる配合物90〜10重量に対し
、パルプを10〜90重量%混入した混合物に適当量の
水を加えて混和し、所定形状の板状体に圧縮、乾燥して

(実施例)
(1)パルプ0.8gと活性白土1.0gに水300
mを加え、ホモジナイザーにて均一に混和し、ブフナー
ロート上で濾過したもの上に、1バルブ2.2gと活性

.0gに水300−を加え、ホモジナイザーにて混和し
