Abstract

PURPOSE:To confirm the right insertion of a circuit board, and prevent misinsertion, by turning ON a display when a notch part terminals installed at notched parts and notch part power supply terminals installed on shelf side with different dimensions are connected. CONSTITUTION:When an electronic circuit board 1 is inserted in a right position in a shelf 3, power supply terminals 4 for electronic parts are connected with electronic parts terminals. At the same time, a notch part terminal 5A of the board 1 is connected with a notch part power supply terminal 4A, electric power is supplied to both the inputs of a gate circuit 6, and the output turns ON a display 7. When the board 1 is inserted in a false position, electric connec tion on the terminal 4 side is done, but notch dimension of the terminal 6A is different as to each board 1, so that the terminal 5A is not connected with the terminal 4A. Current is not deliverd to the circuit 6, and the display 7 is not turned ON. Thereby preventing misinsertion.

FIG. 1 is a side view of an embodiment of a structure for preventing incorrect insertion according to the present invention. In the figure, a plurality of electronic circuit components 2 are mounted on an electronic circuit board l. A plurality of electronic circuit boards 1 are stacked and each is inserted into a predetermined position within the same shelf 3. In addition, each electronic circuit board 1

Here, a notch 5 is provided in a part of the upper end of each electronic circuit board 1, and a notch terminal 5A is formed here, and a notch power supply terminal 4A is formed in the corresponding shelf 3. has been set up. The dimensions of this notch 5 are different for each electronic circuit board 1, and the protruding dimensions of each notch power supply terminal 4A are correspondingly different. This notch terminal 5A and the electronic component terminal are connected to each input of a gate circuit (AND gate circuit) 6, and the output of this gate circuit 6 is connected to a light emitting device mounted on the base end side of the electronic circuit board vi1. An indicator 7 made of a diode or the like is connected.

Therefore, according to this configuration, when the electronic circuit board 1 is inserted into the correct position in the shelf 3, the electronic component power supply terminal 4 is connected to the electronic component terminal, and at the same time, the notch terminal 5A of the electronic circuit board 1 is connected to the electronic component terminal 4. is connected to the notch power supply terminal 4A, power is input to the re-input of the gate circuit 6, and the display 7 is lit by its output. This confirms that the electronic circuit board 1 has been inserted correctly.

On the other hand, if the electronic circuit board 1 is inserted into the wrong position on the shelf 3, electrical connection is made on the electronic component power supply terminal 4 side, but the notch size of the notch terminal 5A is different from that of each electronic circuit board. Since they are different, the notch terminal 5A is never connected to the notch power supply terminal 4A. Therefore, no current is output to the gate circuit 16, and the display 7 does not light up. This allows it to be determined that the electronic circuit board 1 has been inserted incorrectly, and by immediately correcting this, incorrect insertion can be prevented.

The indicator 7 may be connected between the notch terminal 5A and the ground, and may be configured to be turned on simply when the notch terminal 5A is connected to the notch power supply terminal 4A.

As explained above, the present invention forms notches with different dimensions in each of a plurality of electronic circuit boards inserted into the same shelf, and connects the notch terminals provided in the notches with the notch terminals provided in the notches. The display is configured to light up when the notch power supply terminals, which are provided with different dimensions on the shelf side corresponding to the recessed terminals, are connected, so the electronic circuit board can be placed in the correct position within the shelf. When the electronic circuit board is inserted, the indicator lights up, which has the effect of confirming the correct insertion of the electronic circuit board and preventing erroneous insertion.
