いて、環体部４ａを有し操作部材先端部３ａの固
定部４ｂを備え、ライタ外部に向けて凸部４ｃを
突設して成るストツパ部材４をノズル５周辺部材
に回動可能な状態で嵌合、係止し、凸部４ｃが孔
６の一端では消火の状態で固定部４ｂが操作部材
先端部３ａの上端に当接して係止し操作部材３の
動作を固定し、他端では固定部４ｂが操作部材先
端部３ａの動作範囲外に位置して操作部材３が動
作可能となつて、前記ストツパ部材４の切換え操
作を凸部４ｃを通じてライタの外部から操作可能
