変圧室を連通する環状溝を形成するように設けら
れた外環状弁座、変圧室内に配され内外両環状弁
座に同時に離着座するデイスク弁とから成るデイ
スク式スチームトラツプに於いて、上記内外両環
状弁座面または上記デイスク弁の上記両内外環状
弁座に対向する面のどちらか一方、もしくは両方
にセラミツク薄膜をコーテイングしたことを特徴
