センサ、６：Ｘ軸検出コイル、７：Ｙ軸検出コイ
ル、８：ＸＹ軸磁気センサ。

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. １次巻線が巻回されたリング状の磁気コア１の
    外周の一部にＺ軸検出コイル４が巻線されたＺ軸
    磁気センサ５の内側面内に、１次巻線が巻回され
    たリング状の磁気コア１′の対向する外周間に渡
    たし直交するＸ軸検出コイル６と、Ｙ軸検出コイ
    ル７が巻線されたＸＹ軸磁気センサ８を、前記Ｚ
    軸検出コイル６の中心に平行で前記磁気コア１の
    中央を通る垂直軸および前記Ｘ軸検出コイル６と
    前記Ｙ軸検出コイル７とのそれぞれを通る水平軸
    とを交差一致させて貫入させてなる三軸磁気セン
    サ。
