うに弁孔付弁座を設け、該弁孔内を貫き、内部に
形状記憶合金製の感熱素子を収容する感熱室を設
けた弁体と連動する弁ステムを備え、該弁体の感
熱室は形状記憶合金製感熱素子の温度上昇による
マルテンサイト変態によつて伸長して閉弁した時
にも上流側の流体と連通する連通孔を弁座と接す
る弁体の当たり面の内側に備え、該弁体が感熱素
子の非伸長時には開弁しており、弁孔を貫く弁ス
テムと同軸上の弁ボデイに設けられた、弁体収容
