複数の平衡室と、 かかる複数の平衡室を前記受圧室に対してそれ
ぞれ連通せしめる、互いに独立した複数のオリフ
イス通路と、 前記受圧室及び平衡室内にそれぞれ封入された
、所定の非圧縮性流体と を備え、且つ前記複数のオリフイス通路の形態
をそれぞれ異ならせて、その内部を流動せしめら
れる前記非圧縮性流体の共振現象の発生周波数域
を互いに異ならせると共に、前記それぞれの平衡
室を画成する可撓性膜を、その平衡室に連通され
