Generally, long articles are covered with tubes such as sheath tubes in order to protect them from external forces, but in this case, they are supported so that they do not come into contact for the purpose of maintaining insulation and preventing electric contact. It is often necessary.
However, it is extremely difficult to support a long article inserted into a long tube so that it does not come into contact with the tube. In other words, the most common method is to support the long article at both ends of the tube or beyond, but it is possible for the long article to bend under its own weight or for relative displacement to occur between the supporting portion and the tube. This often causes elongated articles to be displaced from the center of the tube. In addition, a spacer is fitted between the tube and the long object to hold the long object at the center of the tube, but it is difficult to fit the spacer and the presence of the spacer is difficult. This can lead to problems such as poor insulation and electrical contact, and the spacer can also damage pipes and long objects.

In view of the above circumstances, the applicant has developed a method that is easy to fit, does not cause problems such as electrical contact, does not damage the pipe or long objects, and can securely hold the long objects in the center of the pipe. He devised a device (spacer) that could be used, and first applied for Utility Model Registration Application No. 143535 in 1981. In this device, a donut-shaped annular tube made of rubber or synthetic resin is reinforced with fabric, and a pressurized fluid supply/discharge port is provided in a part of the reinforced annular tube. The reinforced annular tube is placed over an article and placed inside the tube, and pressurized fluid is injected into the reinforcing annular tube from the pressure fluid inlet to inflate it, thereby supporting the elongated article at the center of the tube. In this device, the reinforcing annular tube can be fitted onto a long article in a deflated state and further inserted into the tube, and then the reinforcing annular tube can be inflated by feeding pressure fluid into the tube. Since the length article is supported at the center of the tube, it is extremely easy to install.
It does not damage the pipe or the long article, it securely holds the pipe and the long article against each other so that no looseness occurs, and it does not cause problems such as electric contact, and is extremely excellent. There is.

However, since the reinforcing annular tube has a special donut shape, it is extremely difficult to reinforce the annular tube with fabric. There is a method of reinforcing the annular tube by wrapping it with fabric tape, but it is time-consuming to manufacture, requires a considerable amount of tape, and it is extremely difficult to evenly wrap the tape with a constant tension. It is. Another method is to fit a cylindrical fabric into a tube made of rubber or synthetic resin, then curve it into an annular shape and join both ends to form a reinforced annular tube. Because of the large difference in length, severe wrinkles occur in the fabric on the inner circumferential surface. If wrinkles occur, the wrinkles will come into contact with the long article, making it susceptible to damage, and the reinforcing annular tube and the long article may not come into close contact due to the wrinkles, causing looseness or causing the long article to move away from the center of the tube. This was causing misalignment.

The present invention was developed in view of the above circumstances, and it is an object of the present invention to provide an excellent instrument that is easy to manufacture and does not cause wrinkles on the inner periphery.

FIG. 1 shows the state of use of the device of the present invention, where 1 is a tube, 2 is a long article, and 3 is the device of the present invention. This device 3 has a structure as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, and is made by covering the outer surface of a flexible donut-shaped annular tube 4 made of rubber or synthetic resin with an annular fabric 5. It is a reinforced annular tube, and a pressure fluid inlet 6 is provided in a part of the reinforced annular tube.

To create this device 3, first, a flexible tube made of rubber or synthetic resin is covered with a cylindrical fabric made of fibers woven into a cylindrical shape, and this is bent into an annular shape, so that both ends of the tube and the cylindrical fabric are connected to each other. Create by joining.

Therefore, in the present invention, the warp of the tubular fabric, that is, the yarn 7 extending along the length direction of the tube constituting the annular tube, is made of stretchable yarn such as a crimped yarn of synthetic fiber. It is configured. The weft yarn 8 is made of ordinary synthetic fiber or natural fiber. Further, the number of the warp yarns 7 along the inner circumference of the ring in the reinforcing annular tube is smaller per unit width than the warp yarns 7 along the outer circumference of the ring.

According to the present invention, when pressure fluid is introduced into the annular tube 4, the annular tube 4 expands into a donut shape. Generally, when a donut-shaped tube is inflated by applying internal pressure, the material of the tube stretches, expanding the outer periphery and also expanding the inner periphery, which allows a long article inserted inside the tube to be tightened from the outside. I can't. Furthermore, if the expansion of the outer periphery is simply restricted and the inner periphery is contracted, wrinkles will occur on the inner periphery as described above.

However, in the present invention, the annular tube 4 is reinforced with the annular fabric 5, and the annular fabric 5
Since the warp threads 7 are densely arranged around the outer periphery of the annular tube 4, when pressure fluid is introduced and pressurized, the threads 7 and 8 constituting the annular fabric 5 are expanded and the annular tube 4 expands. Dense warp 7
This prevents the outer periphery from expanding excessively, and its pressure acts to press the inner periphery inward.
Therefore, the inner periphery of the annular tube 4 contracts by increasing the pressure of the pressure fluid, and the long article 2 inserted therein can be tightened and gripped.

ある。
Moreover, since the density of the warp threads 7 on the inner circumference of the annular tube 4 is reduced, the annular fabric 5 has flexibility, and when the inner circumference of the annular tube 4 contracts, the annular fabric 5 shrinks on the inner circumference. without interfering with
The annular tube 4 can be contracted uniformly over the entire circumference, and no local wrinkles will occur.

Therefore, according to the present invention, by feeding pressure fluid into the annular tube 4, the outer periphery of the annular tube 4 is expanded and pressed against the inner surface of the tube 1, and the inner periphery is contracted to close the elongated article 2. can be tightened from the outside without causing severe wrinkles locally or causing damage.

Furthermore, since the warp yarns 7 are densely arranged on the outer circumferential portion of the annular fabric 5, the outer circumferential portion of the annular tube 4 is sufficiently reinforced and will not be damaged by wear or the like.
