That is, excrement not only contaminates the floor but also causes unpleasant odors. Conventionally, therefore, floor contamination and odors have been suppressed by preparing sand, paper, or sheets for excrement disposal and adsorbing or absorbing excreta. However, it has been reported that cat litter is easily scattered around, and conventional sheets for disposing of excrement are not necessarily satisfactory.

(b) The dispersed powdered polymer is fixed on a supporting substrate with a glue, or (c) The water-absorbing polymer powder is dispersed between two substrates such as pulp paper, and then embossing is performed. These excrement disposal sheets tend to have the following various problems.

This book was based on the discovery that the above-mentioned problems could be largely solved by covering one side of the deodorant with a water-impermeable sheet, preferably an air-cup treated sheet. The invention was completed.

ものである。That is, the pet excrement disposal sheet according to the present invention has a water-absorbing polymer composite and a deodorizer sealed between two heat-sealable sheets, one of which is water permeable and the other is water impermeable. This water-absorbing polymer composite is obtained by impregnating or applying the ethylenically unsaturated monomer that is to form the water-absorbing polymer to a fibrous substrate or sponge-like substrate as an aqueous solution, and polymerizing it. It is characterized by certain things.

There is no uneven distribution of water-absorbing polymer before use, and during use,
There is no longer any separation of the water-absorbing polymer from the support base material due to movement of the pet after use. Furthermore, by adding a deodorizing agent, preferably activated carbon, it is possible to reduce the odor of pet excrement, which has a stronger odor than that of humans.

手段は、高エネルギー放射線の照射である。Further, the step of polymerizing the 7-mer particles uniformly dispersed on the fibrous substrate or the spongy substrate may be optional. A typical such method is through the action of a water-soluble radical polymerization initiator, specifically, adding the radical polymerization initiator to an aqueous monomer solution and allowing it to decompose on the fibrous substrate. Alternatively, the radical polymerization initiator can be applied as a solution separate from the monomer evenly by spraying onto the fibrous substrate after the monomer aqueous solution has been applied, and the radical polymerization initiator can be decomposed on the fibrous substrate. is applied as a separate solution to the fibrous substrate, and the aqueous solution of Hemotsuma is sprayed thereon.
It is applied uniformly by coating or the like. Another means of initiating polymerization is irradiation with high energy radiation.

In the pet excrement disposal sheet of the present invention, the water permeable portion is on one side of the sheet and is the side that comes into contact with pet excrement. The other side (back side) may be a water-impermeable film such as a normal polyolefin, but it is preferable to use a sheet made of the same base material with air force and stubble processing (Kokojin sheet).
