用にて摩擦力に変化が生じるものであつた。

介在される調整可動翼とを装着して、該調整可動
翼の風に対する角度を適宜変えることで、前記風
向変更翼板の回転速度を変更しうる構成としたも
のである。

を回動自在に装着している。該調整可動翼15は
櫛状に形設されており、両端に弾性係止爪16を
形設している。前記調整可動翼15が当接する前
記風向変更翼8aの前縁には略V字形の切欠17
を形設している。前記弾性係止爪片16が係合す
る前記風向変更翼8aの後縁には略扇状の切欠1
