Claims (1)
- 試料を保持する試料台の裏面に、２枚の絶縁板
間に帯状でジグザグ状をしたヒータを挟んだもの
を取り付けた構造の試料保持装置において、前記
ヒータの角部の幾つかを折り曲げてその折曲げ部
分を、前記絶縁板の当該各折曲げ部分に対応する
位置に設けた穴にそれぞれ入れたことを特徴とす
る試料保持装置。
