Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent a torch head from falling off by arranging elastic sleeves to connecting holes to hold connecting pins at the time of inserting the connecting pins of a torch body into the connecting holes of a torch head and maintaining satisfactorily electrical bonding between the connecting pins and the connecting holes. CONSTITUTION:The connecting end face 41 of the torch head 40 is opposed to the connecting end face 21 of the torch body 20 and an anode conductor 47 of the torch head 40 is inserted into an insulating sleeve 28 arranged to a hole 27a arranged to the torch body 20 and the connecting pins 29A and 29B of the torch body 20 are inserted into the connecting holes 49A and 49B of the torch head 40. At this time, the conductive elastic sleeves 50A and 50B are arranged to the connecting holes 49A and 49B and the connecting pins 29A and 29B are held firmly by pressing the torch head 40 against the torch body 20. Then, a connecting ring 51 of the torch head 40 is screwed on a connecting thread part 30 of the torch body 20 to form the title plasma torch device 10. By this method, the electric bonding between the connecting pins 29A and 29B and the connecting holes 49A and 49B is improved and the torch head 40 is prevented from falling off and breaking down.

[Prior Art] Conventionally, in this type of plasma torch device, a connecting pin formed on a connecting end surface of a conductor of a torch body is simply inserted into a connecting hole formed on a connecting end surface of a conductor of a torch head. The torch body and torch head can be attached and detached by screwing the connection thread part of the connection ring placed on the circumference of the connection part of the torch head to the connection thread part formed on the circumference of the connection part of the torch body. For example, see Utility Model Publication No. 5o-5989 for some proposed connections.

[解決すべき問題点] しかしながら従来のプラズマトーチ装置では。[Problems to be solved] However, with conventional plasma torch equipment.

If the connection force between the torch head and torch body by the connection ring decreases below the appropriate value due to loosening of the connection ring or insufficient threading, the connection pin and connection hole may become loose due to vibrations during operation, etc. The disadvantage is that the torch head or torch body moves away from the torch head while resisting the contact force between them, and as a result, the contact area between the connecting pin and the connecting hole decreases, resulting in poor electrical contact. In addition, there was the disadvantage that the torch head or the unnecessary 7ti could fall off and be damaged when attached to or removed from the torch body.

[Function] The plasma torch device according to the present invention has the function of holding the connecting pin of the conductor of the torch body by the conductive elastic sleeve disposed in the connecting hole of the conductor of the torch head, and thus connecting the connecting pin. It has the effect of firmly inserting and holding it into the hole, and as a result, even if the connection force of the torch head to the torch body is insufficient, it has the effect of maintaining a good electrical connection between the 41i connection bottle and the connection hole. In addition, it serves to prevent the torch head from accidentally falling off and being damaged when attached to or removed from the torch body.
