Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本案は支軸1によつて水路の床部2に枢支した
回動自在堰扉3の基部に、支軸1の外側に同支軸
1と平行方向の円筒面4を形成し、同円筒面4の
上流側床部2に固定した上下流止水用水密ゴム5
の先端2股5′,5″の対向内面を開いて同内面を
それぞれ上記円筒面4の上流側外面に接し、かつ
堰扉3の両端に設けた水密ゴム6の下端を上記円
筒面4の両端に設けた水密ゴム9に接続しかつ同
堰扉両端水密ゴム6の先端2股6′,6″の対向内

をそれぞれ水路の側壁7に摺動自在に接する構成
よりなる堰扉水密装置に関するものである。上記
堰扉3は防潮堰に用いられるフラツプゲート等で
あつて支軸1に取付板8を介して回動自在に設け
られ円筒面4は同取付板8に固定される。円筒面
4の両端には側壁7に接する水密ゴム9を当板1
0およびボルト11で固定し、上下流止水用水密
ゴム5の両端面も側壁7に接する。この上下流止
水用水密ゴム5は第2図に示すように床部2に形
成した段12の直立面に水平取付板13を設け、同
取付板13に当板14およびボルト15で固定す
る。又堰扉両端水密ゴム6の下端は第2図に示す
ように円筒面両端水密ゴム9と一体に接続し第3
図に示すように当板16およびボルト17によつ
て堰扉3の端部に固定される。そして上記水密ゴ
ム5,6はY字成形ゴムが用いられるものであり
水密ゴムは天然又は合成ゴム或は弾性合成樹脂で
あつても差支えない。

面を側壁7に向つて押圧しこれを同側壁7に圧着
して止水しかつ上記堰扉両端水密ゴム6の下端部
と上下流止水用水密ゴム5の端部との間は円筒面
4の端部に設けた水密ゴム9が側壁7に接して海
水の進入を防止することができる。又潅漑時に堰
扉3を起立させてその上流側に貯水する場合は同
貯水は上下流止水用水密ゴム5の上部2股5′を
円筒面4に向つて押圧密着して止水すると共に、
堰扉両端水密ゴム6の上流側2股6′を側壁7に
向つて押圧密着させて止水しかつ上記両水密ゴム
5,6間では円筒面4の端部の水密ゴム9が側壁
7に接して貯水の流出を防止することができる。
堰扉両端水密ゴム6の下端は円筒面両端水密ゴム
9に一体に又は接着剤で接続していて両ゴム6,
9間から漏水することはない。

造簡単な堰扉水密装置が得られるものである。
