Claims (1)

【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 超音波を測定面に放射しこの測定面からの
反射波を受信する超音波送受波器とこの超音波送
受波器を駆動し或いは前記反射波を受信して測定
面までの距離を演算処理する変換器とを備える超
音波距離計において、前記超音波送受波器を囲む
ように前記測定面に向かつて拡がる傘形の反射傘
と、この反射傘を囲むように前記測定面側に設け
られたスポンジ状のシートとを具備することを特
徴とする超音波距離計。 (2) 超音波を測定面に放射しこの測定面からの
反射波を受信する超音波送受波器とこの超音波送
受波器を駆動し或いは前記反射波を受信して測定
面までの距離を演算処理する変換器とを備える超
音波距離計において、前記超音波送受波器を囲む
ように前記測定面に向かつて拡がる傘形の反射傘
と、前記超音波送受波器の周囲に取り付けた振動
ユニツトとを具備することを特徴とする超音波距
離計。 (3) 超音波を測定面に放射しこの測定面からの
反射波を受信する超音波送受波器とこの超音波送
受波器を駆動し或いは前記反射波を受信して測定
面までの距離を演算処理する変換器とを備える超
音波距離計において、前記超音波送受波器を囲む
ように前記測定面に向かつて拡がる傘形の反射傘
と、この反射傘に前記超音波送受波器に向かつて
取り付けられたノズルと、このノズルに加圧され
た気体を送る気体送出ユニツトとを具備すること
を特徴とする超音波距離計。 (4) 前記超音波送受波器の周囲に取り付けた振
動ユニツトを具備する請求項(1)記載の超音波距
離計。 (5) 前記反射傘に設けられその内部に空気圧を
導入する導入孔を具備し、この導入孔に周囲の空
間の圧力より若干高い圧力になるようにパージセ
ツトから加圧空気を送出するようにした請求項(1
)記載の超音波距離計。 (6) 前記反射傘に設けられその内部にエアブロ
ウ手段からの空気圧で前記シートに向かつてブロ
ウするノズルを具備する請求項(5)記載の超音波
