超音波霧化装置と、前記噴霧室の外側に配設され
噴霧室との間に燃焼空間を形成する風箱と、噴霧
室に１次空気を供給し風箱に２次および３次空気
を供給する燃焼フアンとを備えた超音波霧化装置
付燃焼装置において、前記噴霧室の内壁または外
壁に強制冷却手段を設けることを特徴とする超音
波霧化装置付燃焼装置。 (2) 強制冷却手段が流体を循環させるチユーブ
であることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲
第１項記載の超音波霧化装置付燃焼装置。 (3) 強制冷却手段が流体を収容するジヤケツト
