を備えた脈波センサにおいて、 前記半導体素子を昇温させるヒータと、該半導
体素子の温度を検出して該温度を表す温度信号を
出力する温度センサとを設け、前記脈波センサを
前記生体に取り付けるに先立つて、該温度センサ
から出力される温度信号に基づいて該ヒータによ
り該半導体素子を予め定められた一定の温度に保
