出するように付勢してなるホイールカバー取付装
置において、前記環ばね３に折り曲り段部３３を
設け、該折れ曲り段部３３及び前記連結金具８が
それぞれ前記係合部係止手段２に衝合して前記環
ばね３の移動を阻止することを特徴とするホイー
