着したマイカシート或いはガラス繊維等の含浸性
にすぐれた不織布或いは織布の片面に集成マイカ
粉を接着したマイカシートを巻回して成る素線絶
縁電線を用いて、型巻コイルの鉄心スロツトに収
納される直線部分を除いたコイルエンド部分のみ
、含浸性にすぐれた集成マイカシートを巻回した
亀甲形コイルを耐コロナ性、絶縁耐力および樹脂
含浸性にすぐれたガラス繊維織布、或いは不織布
の片面に集成マイカ粉を接着したマイカシートを
適用電圧階級に応じた規定厚さになる様重ね合せ
、U字形にして鉄心スロツトに装着した中に収納
し、U字形絶縁で包み込み楔にて固定した後エポ
キシ樹脂等の合成樹脂を含浸硬化し、一体化させ
