Claims (1)
補強体を設け、この絶縁補強体上にその円筒部上
の所定の長さの範囲を除いて半導電層を形成する
とともに、予め一対の遮蔽層の各端部が絶縁層を
介して対置するように一体にモールド成形された
遮蔽縁切りユニツトを前記絶縁補強体円筒部の半
導電層非形成部上に嵌着させ、この遮蔽縁切りユ
ニツト内の一対の遮蔽層を両側の前記半導電層に
それぞれ電気的に接続してなることを特徴とする
