When pulling yarn from cheese using a warping machine, a shuttleless loom, or a false twisting machine, the ends are joined as is well known. That is, in FIG. 1, two pieces of cheese 1 and 2 are mounted on a creel (not shown) so that the center lines of their bobbins 3 and 4 intersect at an acute angle, and are mounted on a creel (not shown). The winding end yarn 1a of the cheese 1 is passed through the yarn guide 5 provided in the yarn guide 5 and pulled out, and the winding start yarn 1b of the cheese 1 and the winding end yarn 2a of the cheese 2 are combined 19, and when the yarn on the bobbin 1 runs out, The winding end yarn 2a of the cheese 2 is automatically passed through the yarn guide 5 and pulled out. Therefore, the larger the diameter of the cheese, the greater the distance from the head of the cheese 1, 2 to the yarn guide 5.

Conventionally, the yarn guide 5 was installed at a distance of 20 to 50 cm from the heads of the bobbins 3 and 4, so when the yarn speed became high, ballooning became extremely small and multiple balloons occurred, causing the cheese 1 The thread pulled out from the thread comes into sliding contact with the surface of the cheese 1, increasing the range of variation in thread tension, resulting in frequent thread breakages due to sluffing or thread breakage due to flaws in the bobbin head or catching due to poor bobbin finishing. However, the drawback was that it became impossible to drive.
Therefore, an attempt was made to bring the heads of the bobbins 3 and 4 closer to the yarn guide 5, but in order to avoid applying excessive tension to the yarn, the intersection angle of the center lines of the bobbins 3 and 4 was set to less than 90 degrees. Since the contact angle of the yarn with the yarn guide 5 was set at an acute angle, the contact angle of the yarn with the yarn guide 5 was made small, so when the heads of the bobbins 3 and 4 were brought close to the yarn guide 5, the shoulders of the cheeses 1 and 2 came into contact with each other. There is a limit to the above-mentioned approach, and it has not been possible to prevent sluffing and thread breakage. The larger the diameter of the cheese, the greater the distance from the heads of the cheeses 1 and 2 to the yarn guide 5, and it was difficult to bring the cheeses 1 and 2 closer together.

In this invention, even if the contact angle of the yarn in the yarn guide increases to approximately 90 degrees, if the bobbin head is brought very close to the yarn guide to increase ballooning, the effect of this ballooning will be greater than the above. This was done based on the knowledge that the influence of the contact angle is much greater than that of the contact angle, and that the range of variation in yarn tension becomes smaller, thereby reducing yarn breakage and making it possible to join at the ends. That is, the present invention:
This continuous yarn drawing guide device is characterized in that a yarn guide is provided so that the end surfaces of the heads are located at the intersection of the central axes of two cheeses that are arranged close to each other and face each other.

In FIGS. 2 and 3, reference numeral 6 denotes a horizontal beam on a creel, and arms 8, 8 extend from brackets 7, 7 fixed on both left and right sides of the horizontal beam 6 in a horizontal direction perpendicular to the horizontal beam 6. are protrudingly provided, and pegs 9, 9 are fixed to the tips of the arms 8, 8 in a perpendicular direction to face each other on the left and right sides,
The angle between the center lines of the bobbins 3 and 4 attached to the pegs 9 and 9 and the horizontal line can be set arbitrarily, and the head end surfaces of the bobbins 3 and 4 face each other with a narrow interval. ing. on the other hand,
A yarn guide is provided at the center of the horizontal beam 6 so as to be located at the extended intersection of the central axes of the two cheeses. In this yarn guide, a support 11 is provided to project upward by a bracket 10 fixed to the center of the horizontal beam 6, and a horizontal portion 12a of an L-shaped arm 12 is fixed to the upper part of this support 11 (see FIG. 4). , the yarn guide 13 is mounted on a line connecting the center lines of the bobbins 3 and 4 on the vertical portion 12b so that it is located at the intersection of the center lines of the bobbins 3 and 4, so that the center line of the yarn guide 13 is aligned with the center line of the bobbins 3 and 4. 3,
It is oriented in the horizontal direction perpendicular to the center line of 4. At this time, the yarn guide 13 is connected to the free end 1 of the arm 12.
Leave 2C aside. If the yarn guide 13 is installed at the tip of the arm 12 without leaving the free end 12, the yarn will frequently become entangled with the yarn guide 13, significantly reducing productivity (see FIGS. 4 and 5). Also, in order to hold the butt tether, use the above-mentioned pillar 1.
At the upper end of 1, there is a washer shaft 1 as shown in Fig. 4.
4 is provided protrudingly, and two washers 15a and 15b for holding the thread are loosely fitted to this washer shaft 14, and the upper washer 15b and the washer shaft 14
A spring 17 may be compressed between the nut 16 screwed into the upper threaded part, and a spring 17 may be installed between the two cheeses, that is, on the left and right sides of the upper surface of the horizontal beam 6. Connecting thread fasteners 18, 18
may be fixed.

In the above structure, the yarn 1 connected at the ends 20
b, 2a are locked to the locking tool 18 on the cheese 1 side and are held between washers 15a, 15b, and the winding start thread 2b of the cheese 2 is locked to the locking tool 18 on the cheese 2 side, In this state, the winding end yarn 1a of the cheese 1 is inserted through the yarn guide 13 and pulled out. At this time, since the distance D between the head of the bobbin 3 and the yarn guide 13 is very short, ballooning becomes large and the thread 1a pulled out from the cheese 1 stands up at a large angle with respect to the surface of the cheese 1.
Therefore, the thread 1a does not come into sliding contact with the surface of the cheese 1, and the occurrence of sluffing and thread breakage is greatly reduced. According to experiments, the above bobbin 3,
The distance D between the head of No. 4 and the yarn guide 13 is set depending on the type of yarn and the size of the cheese.
-20 cm is preferable; if it is less than 3 cm, the tension will be excessive, and if it exceeds 20 cm, the desired effect will not be obtained. Particularly preferred is 5 to 10 cm. Furthermore, when the locking device 18 and the washers 15a, 15b are provided, the tail connecting threads 1b, 2a are attached to the locking device 18 and the washers 15a, 15b even though the ballooning of the thread 1a that is pulled out becomes large. Since the thread 1a is held on the side of the cheese 1, the thread 1a that is pulled out does not come into contact with the end tethers 1b and 2a and become entangled. When the thread on the bobbin 3 runs out, the end connecting threads 1b and 2a come off from the locking device 18 and the washers 15a and 15b, and the cheese 2
The thread is pulled out.

In the embodiment described above, the two bobbins 3, 4 can be placed in a straight line. On the other hand, the angle at which the center lines of the two bobbins 3 and 4 intersect may be reduced to about 120 degrees so long as the shoulders of the cheeses 1 and 2 do not come into contact with each other. In addition, the locking tool 18 and the washer 15a,
15b can be replaced with another fixture, and the direction of the yarn guide 13 can be vertical;
It goes without saying that the cheeses 1 and 2 may be corn cheese or paan cheese.
