- 下面に排出口を備えたホツパー下部に上面に穴
を穿設したスクリユーコンベアを配設するととも
にこのスクリユーコンベアを円筒状の外筒内に線
材を螺旋状にしたスクリユー羽根を回動自在に挿
入し、このスクリユー羽根の内周面に近接し、か
つその全長に亘つてスクリユー羽根に付着せんと
する粉末状グルコノデルタラクトンを剥離するロ
ツドを配設して成る豆乳凝固剤の定量供給装置。
