人の出願に係る実公昭55−32789号公報によつて
公知となつているが、この構造のものは口金およ
び軸筒の加工及び三者の組立作業が面倒で製造コ
ストも高くなるという欠点があり、また継手と口
金と軸筒とを相互に螺着する形式のものも実開昭
57−144587号公報などによつて公知となつている
が、この構造のものは三者に夫々螺条を刻設する
必要があつてコスト高となり、また組立時には相
互の捩込作業を必要として非能率であるなどの問
題点があつた。

グの押圧力を僅かに超える程度の圧力を以て圧入
固定し、また口金の内部には軸筒後端から突出し
たノツク棒の突出長さよりも大きな軸方向の長さ
を有する芯固定チヤツクの可動空間を構成すると
共に継手の後端面と芯ケースの前端面間における
芯ケースの可動空間もノツク棒の突出長さよりも
大としたことを要旨とするものである。

前方に芯固定チヤツク1が前進して進入する空間
部15をその軸方向の長さL1が芯ケース3の後
端部に嵌着したノツク棒16が軸筒後端より突出
した長さL2より大きくなるように設けると共に
継手7の後端面と芯ケース3の前端面間における
芯ケース3の可動空間L3もノツク棒16の突出
長さL2よりも大としたものである。

て簡単であつて且つ作業も著しく簡易であり、加
うるに本考案においては軸筒の先端口内面と口金
の後端との圧入固定は前述のように機構部のスプ
リングの押圧力より僅かに高い圧力を以てすれば
足りるので軸筒と内部機構との着脱はこれを極め
て容易に行うことができるものであり、更にまた
本考案においてはノツク操作を行う場合にも芯固
定チヤツクの可動空間の軸方向の長さをノツクス
トロークよりも大きくして芯固定チヤツクによる
口金への内方からの加圧を除くと共に継手の後端
面と芯ケースの前端面間における芯ケースの可動
空間もノツク棒の突出長さよりも大として芯ケー
ス前端による継手への内方からの加圧を除いてい
るのでこれによつて口金が継手や軸筒先端より抜
脱する虞れがないなどの優れた効果を有するもの
である。
