動可能に支持され回転軸方向に突出した環状の先

をスライス状に切断する切刃を内周縁部に有し外
周縁部において前記回転支持体と環状部材との間
に挾着支持されたデイスク状のブレードと、前記
回転支持体または環状部材のブレードとの圧接面
において円周方向に配置されブレードを押圧して
ブレードを張り上げる押圧部材と、クーラントを
前記ブレードに導入するクーラント供給機構とを
備えたスライシングマシンにおいて、前記回転支
持体または環状部材の圧接面には押圧部材が配置
されるよりも外方において凹凸面が形成されると
ともに、前記回転支持体の内部には回転支持体の
内側から前記圧接面の凹凸面に連通し前記クーラ
ントを回転支持体の内側から外側に排出するクー
ラント通路が形成されたことを特徴とするスライ
