光に応じて複数回連続して検知出力が生じたとき
に上記検知物体が存在すると判定する信号処理回
路とからなる光電式感知器において、上記検知回
路の検知出力が生じたときに導通するNPN形の
第1のトランジスタと、上記第1のトランジスタ
と電源に直列に接続され発光素子が発光している
ときに導通するNPN形の第2のトランジスタと
、上記両トランジスタが共に導通したときに導通
するPNP形の第3のトランジスタと、上記第1
及び第2のトランジスタが共に導通したときに充
電されその充電電荷で第3のトランジスタの導通
時間を引き延ばす第1のコンデンサと、上記第3
のトランジスタの導通により充電される第2のコ
ンデンサと、上記第1及び第2のトランジスタが
連続して複数回導通したときの第2のコンデンサ
の充電電荷によりオンして物体を検知したことを
示す判定信号を出力するPUTとで上記信号処理
回路を構成して成ることを特徴とする光電式感知

と電源に直列に接続され発光素子が発光している
ときに導通するNPN形の第2のトランジスタと
、上記両トランジスタが共に導通したときに導通
するPNP形の第3のトランジスタと、上記第1
及び第2のトランジスタが共に導通したときに充
電されその充電電荷で第3のトランジスタの導通
時間を引き延ばす第1のコンデンサと、上記第3
のトランジスタの導通により充電される第2のコ
ンデンサと、上記第1及び第2のトランジスタが
連続して複数回導通したときの第2のコンデンサ
の充電電荷によりオンして物体を検知したことを
示す判定信号を出力するPUTとで上記信号処理
回路を構成して成ることを特徴とする光電式感知
