おいて、 前記の第一レバーを第二レバーに対して常に押
し上げるように作用しているスプリングと、 第二レバーの内周面で軸方向に沿つて形成され
た複数個の係止凹部と、 第一レバーに取付けられて前記係止凹部の一つ
に係止し、かつその弾性による撓みによつて係止
解除位置へ作動可能な係止部材と、 第一レバー内に設けた電気回路の通電によつて
前記の係止部材を吸着して前記の係止凹部に対す
る係止を解除した位置に保持する電磁石と、 第一レバーのレバーノブの近くに設けた操作ボ
タンを押すことで前記電磁石の電気回路をオンに
切換える常開の第一スイツチと、 同じくこの電磁石の電気回路に対して第一スイ
ツチと直列に組込まれ、前記係止部材が係止解除
位置に動作することでこの電気回路をオフに切換
