穿設され、 前記コンタクトシートとコンタクトプレートと
の間には、上端を前記コンタクトプレートの係止
孔周縁の下面に当接させて該コンタクトプレート
を上方へ付勢するコイルばねと、絶縁材料からな
り前記コイルばねの外周及び下部を覆つて前記コ
ンタクトシート上面に固着されるスペーサとが配
設され、 該スペーサには、前記コイルばね下端と当接す
るばね座部と、該ばね座部の半径方向外方に位置
して上方へ延び前記コンタクトプレートの係止孔
周縁上面を係止する係止脚と、前記ばね座部の半
径方向内方に位置して前記コンタクトシートにね
