て当該軸受板７と取付板５の垂直部８との間に軸
杆９を横架され、この横杆９のまわりに側面から
見て広い開脚のＶ字状を呈する長脚部１０，１０
′を両端にもつねじり大径コイルバネ１１と側面
から見て狭い開脚のＶ字状を呈する長脚部１２，
１２′を両端にもつねじり小径コイルバネ１３と
を重ね状態で嵌着され、これ等ねじり大径コイル
バネ１１、ねじり小径バネ１３に於て軸受杆７に
近い方の長脚部１０，１２に押圧板１６を、また
ねじり大径コイルバネ１１に於て取付板５の垂直
部８に近い方の長脚部１０′に操作レバー２０を
夫々装備され、操作レバー２０が倒伏状態とされ
た時に押圧板１６が前記水平部６の上面を圧し同
じく起立状態とされた時に押圧板１６が前記水平
部６より離れるようにされ且つ操作レバー２０が
倒れる途中でねじり小径コイルバネ１３に於ける
前記垂直部８に拠い方の長脚部１２′が自然に係
合し同じく起る途中で外れるようにされ、操作レ
バー２０と前記垂直部８とに同操作レバー２０の
倒伏時に於て係止させる係合爪２３および係合孔
