機に関するもので、その目的とするところは洗濯
時にパルセータが脱水回転方向とは逆に回転する

じる抵抗により槽が回転することになるが、これ
を防止するため設けた逆転防止用バネの取付構造
を改良して簡単な構造でありながら十分な取付強
度を有し、安価でかつ組立工数を低減できる脱水
洗濯機を提供しようとするものである。

の逆転防止用バネ43には脱水兼洗濯槽と連結し
た脱水軸の回転運動を阻止する大きな荷重が加わ
るため、ビス固定部の折曲部45から破損するこ
とがあつた。さらにバンドブレーキを有する遠心
脱水機の逆転防止用バネの取付けは逆転防止用バ
ネの破損が生じた場合、洗濯時に槽が槽内の洗濯
物と同様に回転運動を行ない洗濯物との相対運動
をしないので、洗濯効果が著しく低下し洗えない
状態となるという重大な悪影響を与えるものであ
つた。この欠点を改良するため、第4図に示すよ
うな取付構造が提案されるに至つたが、逆転防止
用バネ46の取付けには逆転防止用バネ端部に形
成した一対の巻回部47,48にコ字状に、さら
に下部玉軸受ハウジングの外径に沿うように加工
されたピン49を貫通し、このピンをさらに固定
板50で押さえビス51で固定するというように
部品点数が多く高価で組立工数が多くかかるとい
う難点があると同時に、逆転防止用バネ46を下
部玉軸受ハウジング16に固定しているため、急
激に大きな力が加わつた場合、その衝撃を吸収す
ることができず、逆転防止用バネ46が破断しや
すいという欠点があつた。

易に行なうことができる等その実用上の効果は大
きい。又、本実施例では段付ボルト24を利用
し、その径大部25に逆転防止用バネ19の巻回
部22を遊嵌させているが、ピン32を利用し
て、その上部に径大部を形成させ、前記巻回部2
2を遊嵌させ、巻回部22の外れ防止に、上部玉
軸受ハウジング14の鍔部下面をピン32の上端
面に当接あるいは近接させてもよい。ようする
に、巻回部22を遊嵌させ、その巻回部22が外
れないようにすれば、本考案の目的を宣すること
