ートと、前記第1のプレートと対向配置された第
2のプレートとを有するとともに、前記第1と第
2のプレートの対向し合う面に前記第1と第2の
プレート間で互いに圧接係合された凹凸状の調圧
カムを前記回転方向に沿つて間欠的に設けて構成
され、前記第1と第2のプレート間に前記調圧カ
ムの圧接係合力より大きなトルク変動が加えられ
たとき、前記第1と第2のプレート間が滑つて一
調圧カムずつ回動変位されることを特徴とするト
