日のように通信事務の多くがコンピュータ或いはワード
プロセッサー等で処理されている場合は、周知の如く、
所定の通信事項と同時に宛先等が同一カード乃至用紙に
打ち出し処理されているので、そのプリントされた宛先
等を直接利用することによって封筒に対する宛先等の記
載処理事務の省力化を図りたいのであるが、前述した不
透明素材でもって構成された郵便用封筒ではそうしたカ
ード乃至用紙にプリントされた宛先等を封筒の外部から
読み取ることが不可能である。そこで、そうした不都合
を解消するため第3図及び第4図に示した、所謂透明な
窓10を設けた郵便用封筒11が広く採用されるに至っ

20の欠点は透明窓21を構成するため封筒20の全体
を構成する基礎合成樹脂に透明の素材を用いて封筒部分
を成形し、次いで透明窓21と成る部分を除き周囲に不
透明な塗料22をわざわざ塗布乃至コーティングしてい
るのが現状である。従って、かかる構成の郵便用封筒も

記載した所定の通信事項、即ちプリントされた宛先のみ
を読むことができるようにし、しかも糊代部を簡単な封
印構成にすることにより、所定の通信事務処理の省力化
を促進すると共に、宛先不明等により郵送不能と言った
事故を皆無となし、しかも製作容易で非常に安価な郵便

したが、例えば熱圧接或いは高周波溶着等の接着手段を
採用するならばより一層通信事務能率を向上することが

往復郵便等に使用して極めて効率的、経済的であり、か
つまた製作が簡単であるから非常に安価である等の種々
