兼脱水槽を収納する外枠の上部には、略中央部に

閉自在の蓋を有する上部外装体を固着し、この上
部外装体の前部には操作パネル部が設けられ、操
作パネル部の左右には一対の凹部が形成され、そ
の凹部を介して、上部外装体は外枠に螺合固着さ
れ、前記凹部には弾性の材質にて成り上面が平面
の外装体栓体が挿着されており、この上部外装体
の一対の外装体栓体に対応する前記蓋裏面に形成
されたリブに、弾性の材質にて成り上面が平面の
蓋栓体が挿着され、前記蓋は閉成時に前記操作パ
ネル部と前記凹部を覆い、前記外装体栓体と蓋栓
