内壁の内側終端部より外側に棚部を有するカス受
けを一体に設け、このカス受けの棚部にカツター
の回転により生じる空気流によつてコーヒー豆の
不良成分を選択的に補集するよう構成することに
より、簡単かつ確実に前記不良成分を除去できる
コーヒーミルを提供するものである。

容器を形成する有底筒状のミルフタであり、前記
密閉容器内に形成されるコーヒー豆粉砕空間Sの
前記ミルフタ6部位には、その周方向複数箇所
に、それぞれ前記カツター4の回転方向Cに対応
して外周部から内側に向かう案内壁7がカツター
回転軸心に沿わせて着脱可能に立設配置されると
ともに、これら案内壁7の背面に、該案内壁7の
内側終端部Eより外側に棚部8を有するカス受け
9が一体に設けられており、このカス受け9の棚
部8に、前記カツター4の回転により生じる空気
流によつてコーヒー豆の不良成分を選択的に補集
できるようになつている。

内の周方向複数箇所に、それぞれ前記カツターの
回転方向に対応して外周部から内側に向かう案内
壁をカツター回転軸心に沿わせて着脱可能に立設
配置するとともに、これら案内壁の背面に、該案
内壁の内側終端部より外側に棚部を有するカス受
けを一体に設け、このカス受けの棚部に前記カツ
ターの回転により生じる空気流によつてコーヒー
豆の不良成分を選択的に補集するよう構成したの
で、コーヒーの美味しさにとつて不要な不良成分
のみを簡単に除去することが可能となり、よりコ
ーヒーの美味しさを向上でき、従来行つていた粉
砕後のコーヒー粉末の中からわざわざ不良成分を
取り除くという面倒で困難な作業を不要とするこ
とができ、その簡便さと効用は非常に大きい。
