閉操作シリンダ２を、そのシリンダ室Ｓへの圧力
水導入に伴つて復帰スプリング３に抗して前記管
路開閉弁１が閉弁状態から開弁状態に切換えられ
るように前記管路開閉弁１の操作部１Ａに連動さ
せ、前記送水管路Ｒ内の水圧が一定以上増大する
に伴つて、前記管路開閉弁１の上流側の管路部分
４から前記シリンダ室Ｓへ圧力水を導入する開弁
操作状態と、前記送水管路Ｒ内の水圧が一定以下
に減少するに伴つて前記管路部分４から前記シリ
ンダ室Ｓへの圧力水導入を停止して、前記シリン
ダ室Ｓ内の圧力水を排出する閉弁操作状態とに切
換える弁操作状態切換装置５を設けてある緊急遮
断弁であつて、前記弁操作状態切換装置５を形成
するに、前記送水管路Ｒ内の水圧が第１設定圧Ｐ
１以上で開弁する第１パイロツト弁６を、前記管
路部分４と前記シリンダ室Ｓとを接続する接続路
Ｒ１に設け、前記送水管路Ｒ内の水圧が第２設定
圧Ｐ２以下で開弁する第２パイロツト弁７を、前
記シリンダ室Ｓに接続した排水路Ｒ２に設け、前
記第１設定圧Ｐ１よりも前記第２設定圧Ｐ２を低
