- モータの回転により出力側を駆動するアクチユ
エータにおいて、前記出力側の駆動を制御する半
導体素子を備えたコントローラをアクチユエータ
ケースに一体化させると共に、前記コントローラ
の半導体素子を伝熱板を介してアクチユエータケ
ースに接触させたことを特徴とするアクチユエー
タ。
