Claims (1)
- シリンダヘツドにおける冷却水ジヤケツトから
ラジエータを経てシリンダブロツクにおける冷却
水ジヤケツトに至る冷却水循環通路と、前記ラジ
エータからの冷却水をシリンダブロツクにおける
冷却水ジヤケツトに送る冷却水ポンプとから成り
、前記ラジエータから冷却水ポンプへの通路中に
、ボトムバイパス型のサーモスタツト弁を内蔵し
たサーモスタツト弁ケースを設け、このサーモス
タツト弁ケースに、前記シリンダヘツドにおける
冷却水ジヤケツトからのバイパス通路を接続して
成る冷却装置において、前記シリンダブロツクの
側面には、前記冷却水ポンプのハウジングを、当
該冷却水ポンプにおける吐出通路がシリンダブロ
ツクにおける冷却水ジヤケツトに連通するように
一体的に造形すると共に、前記サーモスタツト弁
ケースを、当該サーモスタツト弁ケース内が前記
冷却水ポンプにおける吸込み側に連通するように
一体的に造形し、更に、前記シリンダヘツドにお
ける冷却水ジヤケツトからサーモスタツト弁ケー
ス内へのバイパス通路を、前記シリンダブロツク
に当該シリンダブロツクにおける上面に開口する
ように形成した第１バイパス通路と、前記シリン
ダヘツドの下面に、前記第１バイパス通路に連通
するように凹み形成した第２バイパス通路とによ
つて構成したことを特徴とする内燃機関の冷却装
置。
