Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a decorative sheet whose embossed form having unevenness is extremely clear, by forming a layer such as a fine wood fiber separately on a surface layer of a particle board. CONSTITUTION:Either a matter obtained by mixing up a wood chip for a surface layer to which an adhesive agent has been applied and wood powder or wood fiber to which the adhesive agent has not been applied at all with each other or that obtained by forming a layer of either the wood powder or the wood fiber to which the adhesive agent has not been applied at all on the layer of the wood chip for the surface layer to which the adhesive agent has been applied is used for the surface layer of a particle board. A decorative sheet is put on the surface of the particle board through the adhesive agent, hot press molding of which is performed with an embossed sheet. The adhesive agent is infiltrated into the wood fiber and peeling is not generated at a surface layer part. The surface of the particle board becomes soft to some extent and the decorative sheet whose embossed form having unevenness is clear is obtained.

[Prior Art and Its Disadvantages] Conventionally, in the manufacturing method of this type of decorative board, the particle board, etc., which is the substrate of the decorative board, is composed of wood chips mixed with an adhesive in both the front and inner layers. The surface of this particle board is then polished to a predetermined thickness, but during the polishing process, the wood powder or wood fibers (hereinafter referred to as wood fibers, etc.) with sufficient adhesive added to the surface layer are scraped off. , the use of glue and wood fibers was wasted.

In addition, there have been decorative boards in which a decorative sheet is placed on the surface of a particle board, etc. manufactured as described above via an adhesive, and then hot-press-molded with uneven duralumin board, etc., having an arbitrary embossed shape. The surface layer of the substrate such as particle board is cured with adhesive and has considerable rigidity, and the adhesive layer itself on the surface of particle board is thin and difficult to form an embossed shape, so the embossed shape on the surface of the decorative board is difficult to form. However, there was a drawback that it had a clear uneven pattern and was difficult to change.

[Structure of the Invention #i,] The present invention involves applying and mixing an adhesive to wood chips, forming the wood chips, polishing the surface of particle board, etc. obtained by heat-pressing molding to make the surface smooth, and then applying the adhesive. In the method for manufacturing a decorative board in which a decorative sheet is placed through an adhesive and embossed by hot pressing with an embossing board, fine wood fibers, etc. to which no adhesive is added are added to the surface layer of the particle board, etc. It is characterized by a layer of fine wood fibers or the like being mixed in or separately formed on top.

Particle board is used as the substrate for the decorative board according to the present invention, but other materials include wood substrates such as medium-density m1II board and fiberboard. When particle board is used as a substrate, the method for manufacturing this particle board is as follows: (1) Before forming, mix wood chips for the surface layer coated with adhesive and wood fibers etc. that are not coated with adhesive at all, and then apply the adhesive. (2) A method in which wood chips for the surface layer fall quickly after application, and fine wood fibers to which no adhesive has been added are separated and formed using a blower so that they are scattered far away. (2) Conventional method. It is possible to form the outermost layer by forming in the same way and then forming wood fibers, etc. to which no adhesive is added, but the surface layer of the particle board manufactured by these methods is completely It may be divided into two layers: an adhesive-containing chip layer and an adhesive-free wood fiber layer thereon.

For wood fibers to which the above-mentioned adhesive is not added, it is necessary to set the moisture content somewhat high in advance. In this way, when wood fibers etc. with a somewhat high moisture content are used, the wood fibers etc. can be easily intertwined using moisture as a medium, similar to the principle of wet fiberboard manufacturing, and the strength of the surface layer can be improved to some extent. Problems that occur during the polishing process, that is, unevenness such as fuzz on the surface of the particle board can be prevented.

A decorative sheet is placed on the surface of the particle board obtained in the above manner via an adhesive, and then hot-press molded using an embossed plate having an arbitrary embossed shape. The adhesive penetrates into the wood fibers, etc. to which no adhesive has been added, and peeling does not occur on the surface layer, and the surface of the particle board that is the substrate is somewhat flexible and has a plasticity, so it has an uneven embossed shape. The clear veneer has been changed.

The range is 0 to 3 oz, preferably 15 to 20%.
If it is less than 10%, the surface of the particle board will have considerable unevenness after polishing. Moreover, if it exceeds 30%, steam will be trapped inside, increasing the possibility of a puncture.
