Claims (1)
- 筺体内に円筒状フイルターの一端を保持するた
め、回転機構に連結された中空軸に固定された回
転体と他端を保持するための回転自在な受け具か
らなる保持機構を設け、かつ、前記中空軸内部に
は摺動機構により往復移動するＵ字型の圧力流体
用導管が貫通して設けられ、該導管の先端部には
、円筒状フイルターの内部に圧力流体を吹きつけ
る内部吹出口を設け、前記中空軸の外部にある導
管には内部吹出口に略対向する位置に被洗浄物の
外部から中心軸に向けて圧力流体を吹きつける外
部吹出口を設け、保持機構で保持された円筒状フ
イルターを回転させながら、その内、外部から全
面に圧力流体を吹きつけて洗浄するように構成し
てなる円筒状フイルター洗浄装置。
