Abstract

PURPOSE:To achieve easy working and improvement of fixing strength of a wire by a method wherein in an armature assembly of a dot printer head, a brazing part for fixing a dot wire at a top of an armature by brazing is formed in a stepped state capable of holding the dot wire. CONSTITUTION:A stepped brazing part 4 for fixing a dot wire 1 is formed at a top 2a of an armature 2. This brazing part 4 can be simply formed at a low cost by punching working or the like. When the dot wire 1 is fixed to the armature 2, an end part of the dot wire 1 is supported with the brazing part 4 of the armature 2, and is fixed by brazing from thereon with a brazing filler metal 3. By fixing via the brazing part 4 in this manner, a contact area of the armature 2 and the dot wire 1 becomes larger and their fixing strength can be improved.

ことにより、ドツトワイヤとアーマチュアロー付部の接
触面積が大きくなりロー付強度を向上させることができ
る。また、アーマチュアロー付部は、パンチング加工等
にて加工が行えるため、加工が安価かつ容易となる。接
触面積を大きく取ることができる分ロー付工事の加熱も
少なくできるので、ドツトワイヤに対する熱影響も小さ
くできる効果がある。
