イド間に亘りて2〜3μm以内に調整することができる
ため、リニアパルスモータの動作特性を極めて向上させ
ることができる効果がある。なお、移動子の横方向の「
かた」をサブミクロンにすることも可能であるが、スラ
イドが固くなシ推進力が大きくなる。したがうて、調整
ねじの簡単な調整によって横方向の精度とスムーズなス
ライドt−m保することが可能である。

して支持する第1ガイド部と第2ガイド部とから成る小
型リニアパルスモータにおいて、前記一方の第2ガイド
部はL字形をなし、前記一方の第1ガイド部を前記側面
用硬球と前記L字形第2ガイド部間に挿入し、このL字
形第2ガイド部に設けた調整ねじによって前記一方の第
1ガイド部を横方向に調整することを特徴とする小型リ
