(Prior Art) Conventionally, this type of cartridge heater has a sheath tube 4 formed by welding a metal disc 8 to one end of a metal tube 7, as shown in FIG. 3, and a heating wire 2 on the outer circumference. Insert the terminal rod 3 into the through holes 11 and 12 of the wound bobbin 1.
1 and 32, and the heating element 23 formed by connecting one end and the other end of the heating wire 2 to one end of each of the terminal bars 31 and 32 is inserted into the space between the sheaths 4, and the heating element 23 is inserted into the opening of the space between the sheaths 4. The terminal rods 31 and 32 are arranged to protrude, and the gap between the heating element 23 and the sheath tube 4 is filled with electrical insulating powder 5, and then the sheath tube 4 is reduced in diameter.

(Problem to be Solved by the Invention) In the above cartridge heater, the heating wire 2 and the terminal bars 31 and 32 are connected only by contact, and the heating wire 2 and the terminal bar in the through holes 11 and 12 of the bobbin 1 are connected only by contact. 3
There is a disadvantage that electrical insulating material gets between 1 and 32, often causing poor contact. Also, because the round shapes touch each other in parallel, contact may be incomplete, and conduction may fail in a short time during use. There was a drawback that this occurred.

(問題点を解決するための手段) 本考案は上記の欠点を解消し、電熱線と端子棒

(Means for Solving the Problems) The object of the present invention is to eliminate the above-mentioned drawbacks, improve the contact between the heating wire and the terminal bar, and obtain a highly reliable cartridge heater. For this purpose, the heating wire is folded back and inserted into the through hole of the bobbin, and the terminal bar is brought into contact with it.

(Function of the invention) As a result, the heating wire strongly bites into the terminal bar when the diameter of the sheath tube is reduced, the contact area becomes large, and the contact becomes reliable.

In the figure, 1 is a bobbin, and 2 is a terminal rod that is wound around the outer periphery of the bobbin 1. Heating wires 31 and 32 are inserted into through holes 11 and 12 of the bobbin 1, and these constitute a heating element. Reference numeral 4 denotes a sheath tube, and 5 denotes electrical insulating powder filled between the sheath tube 4 and the heating element, which are similar to those shown in FIG.

In the present invention, both ends 21 and 22 of the heating wire 2 are folded back and inserted into the through holes 11 and 12, and the terminal rods 31 and 32 are brought into contact with the folded ends 21 and 22.

次にその作用について述べる。 Next, we will discuss its effect.

Inside the bobbin 1, the folded part of the heating wire 2 and the terminal bars 31, 32 intersect at almost right angles, so when the sheath tube diameter is reduced, the heating wire 2 bites into the terminal bar 31 more strongly than other parts that intersect in parallel. , mutual contact is ensured. In addition, heating wires 2 are inserted into the through holes 11 and 12.
Since two wires pass through the wire, the contact area is increased compared to the case where there is only one wire, and reliability is improved.

(Effects of the invention) As described above, according to the invention, the heating wire is folded back within the through hole of the bobbin to provide a part that is almost perpendicular to the terminal bar, and the contact area is increased.
The contact between the terminal bar and the heating wire is ensured, and a highly reliable cartridge heater can be obtained.
