す図で、同図aはスラスト軸受部分の断面図、同
図bは回転円板の平面図、同図cは回転円板の断
面図、第3図a,bはそれぞれ軸受の性能を説明
するための図、第4図は従来の電動機のスラスト
軸受装置の構造を示す図である。 図中、1……主軸、2……スラストデイスク、
3……回転円板、4……ピン、5……受板、6…
…電動機ブラケツト、7……軸受シート、8……
ネジ、9……カラー、10……ラジアル軸受、1
1……ピン。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 電動機のケース内部に液体を封入し、この
    液体により潤滑されるスラスト軸受装置において
    、前記スラスト軸受が主軸に直接又は間接的に固
    定された回転円板と該回転円板の摺動面に摺接す
    る摺動面を有する受板とを具備し、前記受板は各
    セグメントに分割された摺動部がリブ部を介して
    同一の土台につながつた形状の金属製であり、該
    受板を電動機ブラケツトの間に弾性体を介在させ
    て固定したことを特徴とする電動機のスラスト軸
    受装置。 (2) 前記回転円板は炭素に樹脂又はバビツトメ
    タルを含浸させたものからなり、スラストデイス
    ク下面に固定されることを特徴とする請求項(1)
    記載の電動機のスラスト軸受装置。 (3) 前記回転円板は金属製で各セグメントに分
    割された摺動部がリブ部を介して同一土台につな
    がつた形状で且つ主軸に直接固定され、前記受板
    は炭素に樹脂又はバビツトメタルを含浸させたも
    のからなることを特徴とする請求項(2)記載の電
    動機のスラスト軸受装置。
