芯部材２の外周面の起伏に対応する形状を持つて

の抜止部材４は、その適宜位置に筒状体押圧部４
２を有すると共に、芯部材２の端面に軸止されて
おり、回動することによつて、筒状体押圧部４２
が筒状体１の適宜位置を覆つて、筒状体１の脱落
を防止する事が可能なるものであることを特徴と
