絶縁固定具であつて、前記絶縁固定具はコイル外
側面に取付け巻線端部を挿入するキーパと、キー
パに嵌合し前記巻線端部を固定するカバーとを具
備しており、且つ前記キーパは側面視断面がＬ字
形の合成樹脂で成形されその長手方向両端の外側
垂直面には固定凸部と、上端中央部には上方に開
口する開口部が設けられ、前記固定凸部は側面視
断面が外方に傾斜する梯形状で、その傾斜面に巻
線端部を挿入する縦溝が形成されており、一方カ
バーは側面視断面がＬ字形の合成樹脂材で形成さ
れ、その垂直面には前記キーパの固定凸部に嵌合
する固定凹部と、水平面には巻線端部が挿通する
切欠きとが形成されており、巻線端部を前記縦溝
に挿通したキーパはカバーとを重ね合わ得るよう
にしたことを特徴とする小型トランスの巻線端部
